TIPS RASULULLAH S.A.W.

CAUSES DAMAGE TO BOARD, Case causing damage to the body is feeling anxious, nervous, hungry and did not sleep the night (not the purpose qiyamullail)
SIGHT explained, Case that can explain the views and soothing that is seen in green, see water, to see people / goods are cherished and see the foliage.
Case that can darken the view that running barefoot (chicken legs), greet the morning with angry faces (sour), a lot of crying and a lot of reading tiny.
CAUSE FACE SHINING, Case that could cause visible face dry (missing light) that is lying, have no sense of shame, many asked without knowledge and a lot of sin.
Case that can cause facial shine that maintain dignity, honest, generous and piety.
HATE FEELINGS, Case that causes feelings of hatred that is arrogant, envy, lying and like pitting.
BRING THE CASE AND BLOCK REZEKI, Case that could lead to the arrival of the sustenance which Qiyamullail (worship at night after sleeping), many istighfar at meal time (time before entering the dawn of time), charity and remembrance in the morning and evening.
The case led to the sustenance obstructed that sleep in the morning, do a little prayer, lazy and treacherous.
Kefahaman AND POWER REMEMBER, Case that can cause damage to memory and kefahaman is always eat fruit sour, sleeping on the nape (back of the head), a sad heart and anxious mind.
Cases which lead to increased retention and heart kefahaman that excitement, a little bit to eat and drink, start with something sweet foods and fatty foods as well as reducing the burden of excess weight.
WHAT RASULULLAH S.A.W.
1. EAT
Prophet S.A.W. eat right-handed. During the meal, the king uses three fingers and his fingers after eating smoked before cleaning.
Sire fed using a small mouthful, be careful to not drop food on a tray or dish.
Sire is often asked if the food dish in the form of gifts or charity. When the food was in the form of alms, do not eat it and told the king dining companions but when food was in the form of a gift, the king will also eat together. (Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Hurairah Nasaai)
2. SLEEP
When the Prophet S.A.W. lay down on the bed, the king prayed often that means: "Thank God who has given us to eat, drink, shelter and the necessities of life because it is still much less eat, drink and do not have a bed." (Bukhari Muslim, Abu Daud, Termizi and Nasaai of Anas)
At the time of the Prophet S.A.W. going to bed, the king put his right hand under his right cheek king. (Thabarany history from Hafsah)
Before the Prophet S.A.W. closed her eyes, which means the king prayed: "O God, by thy name, and I live by Thy name I die."
When waking from sleep, the king say: "Thank God that we turn to Him after we switched off and we will come back together," (Reported by Ahmad, Muslim and al-Barraaq Nasaai).
3. ANGRY
Anger Prophet S.A.W. is because of the truth, that is to say because kebenaranlah king gave birth to her anger.
Prophet S.A.W. angry with polite manner, in accordance with this do'anya, namely: "I pray Thee sentence truth in a moment of anger and love."
That is, the Prophet S.A.W. do not say anything but the truth just as well when angry or not angry time. Anger Messenger S.A.W. because there are cases that are not favored that infringe on the right as taught religion or outright forbidden by religion.

Imam Ghazali said: "The anger of man is mixed. Half of irritability, irritability calm and quickly disappear. Half slow to anger, slow anyway letup. Half will slow too quickly rage and loss. The end of this is commendable."
4. Ketawa
When the prophet S.A.W. laugh, the king will lay hands on the king's mouth, and if there is something that is encouraging, the king will thank God. When conversing, the king was always smiling. (Reported by Abu Dawud and Abu Musa)
5. COLOR and CLOTHING LIKES
